You will not engage in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices that may harm our brand's reputation.
Commission Structure
You will earn a commission for each qualified referral that results in a successful purchase of our business coaching services.
The commission rate and structure will be communicated to you separately and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Commissions will only be paid for purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
Payouts
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by us.
Payouts will be made through a preferred payment method agreed upon between both parties.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, belong to us.
You may only use our approved promotional materials for the purpose of promoting our business coaching services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for referrals.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this affiliate policy at any time.
Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you via email or through our affiliate portal.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in our affiliate program.
Governing Law
This affiliate policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mexico.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Mexico.
By signing up as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this affiliate policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
